Inclusive soccer for players of all abilities.

PA West TOPSoccer provides a safe, supportive, and fun soccer experience for children and young adults with physical, intellectual, or developmental challenges – supported by trained volunteers and a welcoming community.

Understanding Club-Hosted Seasons vs. PA West Programs

TOPSoccer opportunities in Western Pennsylvania are offered in two different ways. Both are part of the TOPSoccer mission and are designed to support players of all abilities – but they function a little differently.

Option 1: Local TOPSoccer

– Are hosted and managed by individual clubs

– Follow a weekly schedule, similar to other soccer leagues

– Include consistent coaches, buddies, and routines

– Run for a full season (fall or spring)

– Require registration through the host club

– Typically include a nominal registration fee to support fields, equipment, and operations

Option 2: PA West TOPSoccer

– Are organized and hosted by PA West Soccer Association

– Occur as one-time events or short, defined series

– Take place outside the fall and spring seasons

– Are open to players from any PA West club

– Require a separate PA West TOPSoccer registration

– Are offered at no cost to families

Both options work together and are a great way to provide additional opportunities to play, stay active, and stay connected year round!

What is TOPSoccer?

TOPSoccer is designed for players who may not thrive in traditional soccer environments – but still deserve the joy, movement, and connection the game provides. Our program adapts soccer activities to meet each player where they are, focusing on confidence, fun, and participation rather than competition.
