The 2026 Annual General Meeting of PA West Soccer Association will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2026 at the Pittsburgh Marriot North in Cranberry Township, PA. The meeting will be called to order at 9:30 A.M, with check-in beginning at 8:30 A.M.
This is the annual meeting of our youth clubs and adult leagues to approve the budget for 2026-27, elect officers, and consider proposed amendments to the Constitution and Bylaws.
All youth clubs are required to have a representative in attendance at the AGM. Proxies are accepted but an individual may only hold a proxy for one club. Clubs not having a representative at the meeting will be subject to a $300.00 fine.
