Important Dates and Information
- State Cup Registration Deadline: December 17, 2025 — includes payment. Registration will open by 11/10/2025
- Coaches: All coaches must be added to team rosters and cleared by December 20, 2025.
- Players: All players must be registered and paid by December 20, 2025.
- Futsal Clubs: Dashboards should be activated by the State Office; clubs are responsible for managing their coaches.
- Eligibility: Teams/players must be part of an active PA West–sanctioned Futsal Club, participate in a PA West–sanctioned Futsal League, or be a PA West–sanctioned outdoor club sponsoring a futsal team
