2025 Annual General Meeting

The 2025 Annual General Meeting of PA West Soccer Association will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2025.  The meeting will be called to order at 10:00 AM at the Marriott North in Cranberry Twp.

The meeting’s agenda will include approval of the 2025-26 budget, consideration of proposed amendments to the Constitution and bylaws of the association, and election of officers.

The officers set for election this year are President, Secretary, and two Members At-large.  For more info on these positions please see the Nomination article on page 5.

All youth clubs are required to have a representative in attendance at the AGM.  Proxies are accepted but an individual may only hold a proxy for one club.  Clubs not having a representative at the meeting will be subject to a $300.00 fine.
