About the League
The Over 40s league is designed for players who want to keep competing while balancing life’s commitments. With a spring and fall season—and a summer break—this league makes it easy to stay in the game without overloading your schedule.
Matches consist of four 20-minute quarters and are played on Saturdays, offering a great way to kick off the weekend. The season concludes with a fall playoff tournament, bringing extra excitement to the competition.
Whether you’re looking to stay sharp or just enjoy the game with like-minded players, the Over 40s division is the perfect fit. To be eligible, players must turn 40 or older during the calendar year of the season.
