SUMMARY:2024 PA West Annual General Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The 2024 Annual General Meeting of PA West Soccer Association will be held on Saturday\, August 3\, 2024.  The meeting will be called to order at 10:00 AM. The location of the Annual General Meeting is set for the ​Marriot Airport in Coraopolis\, PA. \nThe meeting’s agenda will include approval of the 2024-25 budget\, consideration of proposed amendments to the Constitution and bylaws of the association\, and election of officers. \nThe officers set for election this year are Vice President-Youth\, Treasurer\, and two Members At-large.  For more info on these positions please see the Nomination article on page 5. \nAll youth clubs are required to have a representative in attendance at the AGM.  Proxies are accepted but an individual may only hold a proxy for one club.  Clubs not having a representative at the meeting will be subject to a $300.00 fine.
