Coach 4 Community (C4C) is a US Soccer Federation initiative with the objective to share best practices in coaching education, player development and administrative processes with club volunteers. The C4C will help clubs to increase player participation as well as retain players and coaches.
The course will be in-person; it includes a one-hour lecture and one hour on the field. All club members will have to pre-register. C4C is free, upon completion the participants will receive a voucher with a discount code for $25 to register for a Grassroots course of their choice.
