The PA West Soccer is excited to announce the Winter Season of the Esports Gamer Club is now accepting sign-ups! Players will be able to meet and compete in their favorite video games online. Parents can feel at ease as their children are playing in a safe, digital environment where all players are age-verified and placed in age division. Most children are already playing video games, so why not sign them up where they can make connections and friendships with others?

Players will be able to select from a variety of play events during the Winter Season for some friendly competitions and the opportunity to make friends while having fun!

The season starts December 1st, so register today by heading to the link below!

INTRODUCING THE AYCE ESPORTS COLLEGIATE PREP CONFERENCE

PA West Soccer will be offering another esports program in December for players ages 13-17 who wish to compete at a higher level. The AYCE Esports Collegiate Prep Conference will be a new college-prep program for esports players, much like ODP is for soccer players. Just like with soccer, selected players will be coached by representatives from nearby collegiate esports programs and will receive state-team jerseys customized with their names and numbers.

The AYCE Conference program will have a competitive play format that will give players the opportunity to learn critical thinking life skills and important life lessons similar to those obtained during traditional athletics. Each player will have a coach trained to purposefully teach these valuable lessons from a specially developed curriculum.

The AYCE Conference is unique because it secures colleges and universities from your home state to supply trained coaches/gamer guides. These coaches will be SafeSport Certified, which includes a federal background check to help ensure a safe, digital environment!

The game titles offered for this initial program are Rocket League and Splitgate. Like any athletic endeavor, there is a time commitment involved to participate in this college development program.  The player will commit to weekly practices as well as official matches.

  • The deadline to sign up is December 10th, so registration now: GYO.GG/CPC
