PA West is proud to announce the 2023 Norm Hasbrouck Scholarship application is now available. The scholarship will go to recipients who demonstrate outstanding academic performance combined with contributions to our soccer community as players, referees, coaches, and TOPSoccer Buddies and their own local communities.
As a recipient of the Norm Hasbrouck Scholarship, each recipient will receive $1,000 to help further their continuing collegiate education.

The Norm Hasbrouck Scholarship honors the memory of former Executive Board member Norm Hasbrouck. With a life-long commitment to higher-education, Mr. Hasbrouck was instrumental in identifying the recipients of our annual scholarship prior to the award being named for him. He served the game as a referee, administrator, and was involved in TOPSoccer.
