PA West Soccer's 2022 Futsal State Cup came to a conclusion on Sunday, Jan. 9, 2022 at Monroeville Pro Sports. Of the forty-five teams that entered, ten were named the 2022 Futsal State Cup champions. The final standings go as follows.
