Division I/AClick Here for Division 3B Age Coordinators... Division 3B is the highest level of boys and girls soccer available to travel teams from community clubs. Leagues are by age with the best teams playing each other. Division 3B Commissioner - Boys and Girls TRAVEL: Division 3B play is throughout the state association boundaries. Teams playing in Division I should be prepared and expect to travel significant distances for some games. Although most teams are from the Pittsburgh area there are teams from the Erie area entered in all age groups. We often have teams from Johnstown, Altoona, State College, and other areas to the east. You cannot pick and choose the games on your schedule you want to play; teams are required to play all scheduled games. THE SEVEN COMMON PLAYER RULE: The Youth Board made a change to Rule 1.6C that is effective this upcoming season. This change only affects Division 3B. Section 1.6C 1 is added to the rule and reads as follows: The Division 3B Director may grant exceptions to Rule 1.6C in their respective playing divisions, provided the player or players in question have played for their Sunday Club requesting the exception for the last two (2) consecutive playing years.Contact the Division3B Director if any of your teams are in violation of Rule 1.6C and meet the requirements for an exception as outlined in 1.6C 1. Exceptions made under this rule will also apply to the Open Tournament. *To download PDF files, you will need the Adobe Acrobat software installed on your computer.
