Butler Native Heads To US Women's National Team Camp
Former PA West Soccer ODP standout Megan Schnur is among those selected to attend the US Women's National Team Camp in Carson, CA to prepare for the upcoming friendlies with Mexico.  The defender who is currently playing for Sky Blue FC in WPS was a member of PA West Soccer's Girls ODP program before heading to U Conn.

Think Spring...And Summer...Time To Register For The Open
Registration for PA West Soccer's largest tournament is now open.  It's June 18-20 and 25-27 at Edinboro.  This year's tournament will still feature playing divisions for travel teams of all ages and abilities but has also added an open division for tournament teams, classic teams and out-of-state teams, as well as travel teams wanting to test their ability at the highest level.  And now registration is online...to get in on the fun go to the Open Tournament Online Registration Form.
 
US Youth Soccer Offers Scholarships
US Youth Soccer announced applications are now available for the second annual William J. "Billy" Goaziou Scholarships for post-secondary education.  The $1,000.00 scholarships are awarded to one male and one female planning to attend a post-secondary education institute for the first time in the fall of 2010.  For more info or to download an application the US Youth Soccer web site.  The deadline to apply is March 15, 2010.
